Timeshare Nightmares® is an original consumer-education and advocacy program created by Executive Producer Jim Bradley.

All program elements—including but not limited to program concept as expressed, written scripts, episode outlines, narration, commentary, recorded audio, show structure, disclaimers, titles, taglines, and branding—are protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law and are the exclusive intellectual property of the creator, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, adaptation, rebroadcast, public performance, or derivative use of any portion of the program, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written consent.

Any use of Timeshare Nightmares® content by broadcast stations, networks, digital platforms, or sponsors is limited strictly to the scope and term agreed upon in writing and does not convey ownership, authorship, or any implied license beyond that agreement.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. No partnership, sponsorship, or distribution arrangement shall be construed to create joint ownership or authorship of the program.

I further consent to the use of my name, voice, likeness, and any identifying details I provide, unless I specifically request anonymity. I release and hold harmless Timeshare Nightmares, its hosts, producers, sponsors, and affiliated entities from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to the use of my submission.
